At Soda Centre & Home Brewer's Retail, we want to ensure your brewing success and satisfaction. Due to the nature of food-grade items, we accept returns on unopened ingredients and non-perishable equipment within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure that your items are unopened, in original packaging, and not classified as a perishable ingredient like liquid yeast or fresh hops.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Carefully pack your items with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent damage during transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
