Do you ship liquid ingredients and glass bottles?
Yes, we ship nationwide using specialized protective packaging to ensure your glass bottles and liquid extracts arrive safely. We also offer climate-controlled shipping options during extreme weather to preserve yeast and syrup quality.
Can I return brewing equipment if I change my mind?
We accept returns on unused, unopened equipment within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, food-grade ingredients, yeast, and hops cannot be returned once they have left our facility.
How do I ensure the yeast in my order stays fresh?
We recommend selecting expedited shipping for live yeast cultures. All yeast orders are packed with insulated liners and optional cold packs to maintain viability during transit.
Do you offer CO2 tank refills or exchanges?
We offer in-store CO2 tank exchanges for standard 5lb and 10lb cylinders. Due to shipping regulations, we cannot ship full gas cylinders; however, empty tanks are available for purchase online.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and Apple Pay. For large-scale commercial soda fountain installations, we also offer structured financing options.
